Unreliable and unprofessional. They charged a booking fee, signed a contract and committed a date and did not turn up. Did not respond to any of my emails or calls. Called next day and said they do not have trucks and crew. Kept repeating that I should understand their problems. I had already booked my flight out of the city and had to vacate the apartment. They had no consideration. Just kept repeating that they do not have the trucks or crew. Please don't use this agency.
