Look no further. Viper is the company to go with. Don't be thrown off by their clean cut / GQ-est appearance! Those boys and moving champions!
Customer service :: They were able to help me out in a jam (I called Wednesday at 10:30am and they were able to move me the following Thursday at 4pm). The called to confirm the appointment and showed up when they said they would. They were polite and respectful. They were also dressed sharply and looked professional. Lastly, unlike other moving companies in the CA area no one on the Viper team was drunk or high.
Moving services :: They were respectful and careful. Nothing was broken and my furniture was wrapped and handled perfectly. They hustled and didn't require the 'client supervision or direction' some other companies require.
$$$$ :: They projected the pickup to take 3 hours and it did. There wasn't any surprise charges or additional fees they billed for their benefit. They gave me a projected cost and that was exactly what it ended up being. Moving can be expensive and being able to actually plan for it was a huge bonus!
All in all I don't have any complaints. They were rock starts and I'll be using them next time!
