We used Victory Van Lines for a local move. The entire experience was fantastic. The team had to change trucks at the last minute, so, they were about an hour and a half late starting, but, they called us an hour before the original start time to keep us informed and they arrived thirty minutes earlier than they estimated.
We opted for full service. They had boxes, tape, blankets and everything needed to pack and move. The team arrived and after a brief walk through of the house to make sure they labelled things right and moved everything we wanted, they got right to it. They were well organized and clearly had a well thought out system for maximum efficiency of time and space.
We had a lot of stuff to move - we filled the van and it was at least a 40' truck! It took them seven hours to pack and load all of our things. Then they set out to our new house. After a brief stop for lunch/dinner (They worked for 7 hours straight even though we offered them lunch. It took them only two hours to unload all of our stuff and that included setting up the bed so we would have a place to sleep!
All furniture was wrapped in blankets so they would not get dirty, dented, dinged or scratched.
