I would never recommend this company to anyone. The men complained about how long it was going to take to move our stuff into the truck. They told us that this truck was the truck that our stuff would be delivered in and that our stuff wouldn't be trasferred to another truck...it was transferred and CRAMMED into another truck. It seems like their hired moving people are taught to lie on the inventory sheet. We had brand new furniture and it wasn’t until they had everything on the truck that they showed us the inventory list and they had mark every single piece of furniture as scratched or damaged. I asked them to change it but they refused to do it. They took the legs off of my kitchen table and packed them loosely underneath the table where they got jostled around and were completely scratched up at unpacking, which happened to many other items too. I had a brand new jewelry armoire and they gouged the heck out of it but claimed it was there before they moved it. I had to buy a new one because the front of it was so damaged. They bent a picture/mirror box in half upon opening the truck door because things were packed so poorly in the truck. The company wouldn’t provide a copy of the weigh bill to me. They were 2 days late based the indicated delivery window. Their moving men told us we could pay with a credit card on delivery day and of course on delivery day the moving men wouldn’t accept a credit card. Look around better before choosing this company.
