This company is horrible to deal with. Setup is easy, but after than you are at their mercy and they know it. During pickup I was told that I had to pay $3000 in order for the movers to keep working. The check had to be made payable TO ONE OF THE MOVERS AND NOT VICTORY for the move to continue. The day after pickup I was told that the SCHEDULE and PRICE of the move was being changed. When I disagreed with the new time table, the company evidently showed its unhappiness by trashing my stuff. Not a single box was not damaged along with the items inside, a piece of an upright piano was broken and numerous pieces of china were destroyed. As for the price I had to pay - the company has not decided not to share the CAT scale weight with me - so I had to pay the new price without seeing anything in writing (if I didn't pay their number I wouldn't get my stuff). On top of all of this this company delivered some one else's items along with mine. The company does not care about any of this.
According to their web site they are accredited by the BBB, in fact they are not. They have a DDD- rating and are using the BBB logo without consent. This is an indication of how this company operates. Look around on this site for another mover. If you look elsewhere on the web you will see that there are many horror stories about this company (not just my horror story).
Since the move I have made many requests from this company for documents like my Bill of Lading and the CAT scale receipts, they have not honored a single request and it has been three weeks since my stuff was delivered. They have said that they would send the documents, but time after time they lie. Don't get sucked in by this company. Moving is hard enough, you don't need Sherif Yanuzov and Mimi to make things any more difficult.
