The movers called ahead to let me know they were on their way to my condo, which was a 3 floor walk-up. I wasn't done packing when they arrived, and they were able to supply me with extra boxes, tape and paper to cushion everything. They never complained and were incredibly helpful and courteous. If they went over the estimated time it is entirely my fault. They drove very carefully to the new house and unloaded everything always checking with me first to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it to be. They laid down mats to ensure they did not scuff up the wood floors, and took excellent care of everything. Not a single item was damaged; nothing broke, and they cleaned up after themselves with extra-ordinary care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the MD area.
