I just want to start out saying that I am not one for writing reviews good or bad but thought the service provided and care taken deserved the recognition. Verizon van lines were contacted as our second choice since we initially arranged for our things to me moved by another mover here in Dallas.
The carrier we initially arranged our move with called my home the evening before our scheduled move and told us that he had a family emergency and would not be available to complete the services. This left us in a very bad spot as we needed to empty the house as the new tenants were to move in in 3 days, and we already purchased airline tickets.
We went on line and started calling around it was now nearly 9:00 PM we received a call back from a night time manager (this was a huge plus) from Verizon van lines and long story short they arranged to have our items moved the following day. The movers that completed our move were just the nicest guys ( Randy ) the driver worked nonstop to make sure we had our items packed and on the truck that same day.
If you are looking for a good moving company that provides excellent service I would absolutely suggest Verizon van lines.
