They loaded items in NY and in between unloaded and loaded on a different truck with totally different team. They showed up way late after telling us they would be there by 4:00 p.m., 8:00 was the arrival time and still unloading at 10:00 p.m. They did not unload a painting and the bed rails but told the customer they thought they belonged to someone else. The number tags on items did not stay so it was very had verify anything (all do to the truck transfer). Several boxes have never been found and they destroyed some boxes and two tables. Long story short, 2 months later and still cannot put the bed together because we have not received the bed rails after multiple promises of delivery. This company does not even use their own trucks. Someone else (Eastern States Worldwide movers) will show up. Then when you talk to someone about missing items their customer service plan is to put the blame on the customer. All in all this company stinks and I would recommend you go with a more well known mover like Allied or Bekins!
