We had our move set up through Verizon van lines and wanted to give some positive feed back on our experience. First and foremost Nicole at Verizon is wonderful to deal with, she helped me with everything and answered all my questions with intelligent easy to understand answers which was a big plus. My mother and I had to make this move on our own so we were very cautious as we had read many horror stories on the internet so we made sure to ask all the right questions first. Ron the crew boss was just plain nice to deal with and made us feel very comfortable during the whole move. I have not had much experience with moving companies in the past but consider myself a good judge of character and customer relations and Verizon van lines Nicole and Ron get a big A+ from us.
