If I could give this company a ZERO I would. I made an appointment for this last Saturday and paid my deposit. My time window was between 8am and 10 am. At 8:30 am I received a very rude phone call from Barbara informing me that they weren't going to be able to make it today and she didn't know when they would be able to complete my move. I asked when she might know and she told me that she would call back later. I finally received 2pm as the concrete time. 2pm came and went. I called my contact Victoria and she was confused as to why my move was cancelled that day. She put me on hold for a while and returned informing me that if 12pm-4pm on Sunday worked they would be there. I told her that I would make it work I just had to rearrange my schedule. On Sunday I wait, and wait and wait. At 4pm I am still waiting and have not even received a phone call. I again call the number and was told the job before was taking longer than expected and he would call me back when he had a better idea of their arrival. I waited almost 30 mins until I called back and was told the movers still had roughly 30 mins and then they would come to me. I informed him that that did not work for me because I had already rearranged my schedule for them. This morning I tried to call Victoria my contact. She apparently just didn't show up this morning and unfortunately there were not supervisors or managers in the office. So now I have to pay an extra week of rent at my current apartment as well as the rent I have already paid for my new apartment, they still have my security deposit and no one is trying to be helpful or find a solution.
This company is a fraud and they are scamming innocent people out of their money. Obviously, the "AMAZING" reviews they have received previously are from friends or the are faked by employees. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I warn anyone who is on a tight budget that this company is not worth the money and do not be fooled my their 4 and a half start rating! It's all a scam.
