Peter, their company representative was the reason why I choose Universe Express. He was very patient over the phone; I had a lot of questions and he answered them all! On the move date, I was a nervous wreck- the elevator in my new building broke down and the movers had to walk up 3 flights-which they did without complaining and went only 1 hour over estimate. I appreciate all your hard work guys; I know it was a difficult day. Thanks again-I will use you again when I move out of state next year.
