We were given a quote for a move out of a small Manhattan studio apartment (250 sq.ft.) (including packing of 20 boxes, one queen bed, one chair with ottoman and 3 small tables) for $756. After the truck was packed, the men refused to leave the apartment until my daughter paid $3265.70!! After much arguing, Ethan threatened to hold our possessions hostage in NJ and have us pick them up. We had to agree to pay $2498, more than 3 times the estimate to get delivery! Liars and cheats! Bait and switch for sure.
