Horrible international move with Unity Van Lines

There wasn't a box to mark a destination outside of the U.S., but we unfortunately used Unity Van Lines to move from California to Asia. First, Unity said they never received our wire transfer. We found out they did when we went to send them more money, and they admitted that they had received it but failed to tell us. Second, they confirmed a delivery date (3 weeks after our stuff was supposed to arrive) and never showed up. No one contacted us; we had to contact them. Third, we kept asking when our stuff would arrive, and they never returned our phone calls or emails. Fourth, they failed to pay the delivery company in Asia and failed to tell them that our package included unpacking. Finally, our goods did not arrive until 6 weeks after our original quote. Horrible experience.
