Poor dishonest service and delivery

This was our 4th international move and by far the worst. We moved from Madison to Hamburg, Germany.
Service: As soon as we signed up our telephone calls remained unanswered and we were blamed for issues which were discussed and agreed to during the negotiation.
Honesty: pricing was 58% higher than the original quote. Delivery was 3-4 weeks later than promised.
Quality: Items were already damaged during loading. We were told that we should get insurance. At delivery various furniture items were scratched due to poor packaging. We also had water damage due to a leaking container. The competency was extremely poor.
Pricing: aggressive pricing, but in the end we payed $7000 dollar more than originally quoted. There are a lot of hidden costs!!!
Conclusion: I can only recommend not to use this company. It is unprofessional. As soon as your belongings are loaded you are in their hands and will not see your furniture again until you payed all the hidden cost etc. We used 4 companies in the last 4 years during moves to Asia, Europe and the US. This one was the worst by a long way. Better look somewhere else!!!!
