Initially everyone was very friendly, things were great till the pickup guys showed up. they acted as if they were doing me a favor by picking my stuff. The witty comments. the cursing in a foreign language were evidence that they didn't care about the job at all. They were very calous with my furniture, couches in particular. and were throwing boxes in the back of the truck like they were unbreakable.
At arrival, the couches were completely shaken up and torn from the corners. End table was broken and a box was missing. Upon notifying the company, they stated there is nothing they can do and asked me to file the claim. Today I recieved a letter saying I owe them deductible which is higher than the claim assessed for the damage.
Seriously don't hire them even for free!
