I researched this company and found some mixed reviews about Unity Van lines, albeit the negative ones were consistent with less than average complaint rates. My experience with Unity Van Lines was nothing but informative, personable and caring. I had no idea how difficult it is to move internationally, including issues with a merchant account I used overseas for my business. Michelle and Farah were extremely responsive and sensitive to unforeseen holds on funds in my merchant account that were being dedicated to my payment to Unity Van Lines. Michelle was still willing to pick up my property, and offered assistance with last minute packing, free of charge and informed me that I would be able to have my property during the 30 day grace period without incurring extra charges or storage fees. I found the moving crew to be exceptional. They were efficient, professional and courteous. Although my delivery date has not been posted yet, I have utmost confidence that my property will deliver safe and sound. I would recommend Unity Van Lines to anyone who needs overseas moving services.
