Never use this company.
They are dishonest and do a bad job. They do not do the actual moving, they just find other people to do it. They give you a "will not exceed" estimate... that gets exceeded dramatically.
The sales person is nice and gives you tons of information that is not true. He says you will get lots of phone calls asking how your move is going and that they give you tons of information. NONE of that is true. As soon as you pay, you can't get a hold of ANYONE. I couldn't get any information and I moved my family across country based on the the VERY specific information that they gave me. They were a week late.
The estimated dates your stuff get picked up or delivered are COMPLETE crap. Not only did they not show up on the dates they told me... the hadn't even LEFT COLORADO yet! I even asked them where my stuff would be stored... Colorado or California... and they said California. So... after they were a week late... outside of their estimated moving dates... they offered me $30 off of my $3000 bill. $30!!!!!
Their "customer service" department is mean and defensive... when you can get a hold of them.
And there is nothing you can do about it all. You just have to take it.
Never use them. Ever. Ever. Ever.
