First off the truck was 4 hours late and they showed up with totally inexperienced movers for my load of antiques. I told them I needed 4 guys and that they know how to pack, heavy on bottom with fragile on top. They broke a clock while moving it out of the unit just reamed the top and it all fell down and now it is 1700.00 to repair. They said that they would insure 60 on the dollar and later said that it was 60 on the pound. I wanted additional insurance and they said they could not give me that and assured me that they would be careful. This was a nightmare! Only one guy knew how to pack and he couldn't walk he blew out his knee. The other one never moved boxes before and the third guy was the one that broke the clock and was slow as molasses. It took over 8 hours to load the stuff in and it should have been a 4 hour job with 4 people that knew what they were doing. On the out side they got enough men and had it out in 4 hours but the damage was all ready done to the antiques. Half of the stuff is cracked or broken, scratched and messed up. I had gone down a week early to go thru every box and repack it so I know what was the condition of everything. I had called the company and they sent me the forms to fill out and said I had 9 months to get them in with three estimates and now they will only cover 60 cents on three items when it is half of my load that is damaged. Stay clear away from this company if you value your stuff because he had all the heavy stuff on top of the fragile stuff and all the furniture was shoved in like you would not believe.
I would never recommend them to anyone and now we are out thousand of dollars in repairs.
