And it was. Dishonest sales rep, deliberately misquoted price to get job, underestimated weight. Never able to get an honest answer out of anybody in that company (Margate, FL). Shoddy movers. Late, unprofessional.... damaged everything- really, everything. Scratches, notches, gouges, cracks, crushed, ripped, stained. Stay the hell away from this one!
