Our experience with this company was horrific. According to the contract, they were supposed to pick up our belongings from Arizona on either January 12 or 13, 2011. They later notified us that they would be arriving between 8-10 am on January 13 (today). When they did not show up during this time period, we (my mother) called, and Rocky Maldonado informed us that the van was just a few minutes away. After a few minutes, we tried calling Rocky again, and he would not take our phone calls. We also spoke with Deion, who said she would return our call in about 15 min. We did not hear back from Deion until approximately 4 hours later. We called the dispatcher, who informed us that the van was stuck in traffic in Texas. Seeing as there is no way a van could get from anywhere in Texas to Phoenix, Arizona in a matter of minutes, we decided to cancel the job, because we could not trust the accuracy of the information they were giving us. I called Rocky from a different number, and explained to him our reasons for canceling the order. He asked me who told us the van would be in Arizona in a matter of minutes. I had not asked my mom this prior to speaking with Rocky. He then told me the van was delayed in Texas because of inclement weather. He transferred me to Pauline to cancel the order. Pauline never picked up, and has not called back. When I spoke with my mom immediately after leaving a message for Pauline, she said it was Rocky who informed her that the van would be there in a matter of minutes. I tried to call Rocky back, but he did not take my call.
I did a weather search in Texas, and the forecast is in the upper 50's to mid-60's, and clear.
Rocky Maldonado was dishonest and unprofessional. I would not ever use this company.
