Had a overall good experience. I contracted United West to re-locate to Arkansas this past July. I have moved many times, and used many companies over the years. I have had both good, and bad experiences over the years as well. I have learned the cheapest is probably not the best, and what credentials to look for in a company. Anyways, I dealt with Blake who was my sales rep. From the first time we talked I could tell he wasn't all about the sell. He took his time to show me all the companies ratings and licensing information which is very important to see when dealing with ANY company. He quoted me a binding price based on the inventory I provided him. He stated that as long as i listed everything i was moving, and didn't add stuff then the price he gave me would stay the same. The guys showed up on July 19th, which was the day we agreed on. The guys went over a list of all my items, and compared it to the list I gave Blake. Once that was done they started loading everything up. They took great care of all my stuff. They wrapped all my dressers, and couches in blankets, and basically did everything you would expect when you hire pro movers. The day after it was picked up the dispatch department called me, and let me know what scheduling was looking like for that week, and told me they would be in contact every other day until my stuff was delivered in Arkansas just to let me know what was going on, and the status of it. The guys showed up 6 days later with all my stuff. They unloaded everything and placed it wherever i wanted it in the house. Everything was accounted for and in one piece. Bottom line I wouldn't hesitate using them again. I would also recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid company that has competitive prices, and will do what they say.
