I just moved from Washington to southern California and utilized United Transportation. I wasn't sure if services like this even existed and I question the cost-factor associated with having a company move my entire life's items 1,400 miles away.
To say that I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied would be an understatement. United Transportation did an incredible job from start to finish. The individuals that started in Washington were professional and efficient and I had full understanding of the services I was signing up for and feel the prices were extremely fair. Just keep in mind that the company does multiple moves and that you may need to be a bit flexible with when you can expect your items (1-2 days variance). If that is not an issue, then I can't think of any other potential caveats.
I just had all my items delivered to southern California and everything went smooth as could be. I would absolutely recommend this company to others - the stress of moving was reduced two-fold and United Transportation played an integral role in that.
