This company underbid the move; changed pricing and never advised me of it in advance; did not have proper packing materials; damaged my furniture, charged me for moving blankets and tried to take them. They committed to a next day delivery and then intentionally held my items for three days with all kinds of false explanations about the furniture being in route, truck broke down, etc. The owner threatened to take my items if I did not pay in full and never acknowledged how they had changed the unit pricing.
I am currently in process of filing a claim for damaged items.
