I am in the process of trying to rectify all of the issues I experienced with the company, but they don't seem to care. I suppose this is going to be my only recourse. The movers called and asked to show up at 1:00 AM to pick up our belongings. They called back, and said they would be there at 8:00 AM. They called back, explained they had decided to sleep in, and would be there at 12:00 PM. They showed up at 1:30 PM. A week later, I was continually told my furniture would arrive in a few days, but nobody could ever tell me when. I had to reschedule flights for my family, reschedule the cable company coming to my home, and then finally was called by someone from Arizona asking if they could deliver my furniture. Two movers arrived in an 18 wheeler that didn't have any United Royal logos... it appeared to be a separate moving company with Eastern European movers who never offered to help me put my furniture back together, something I was promised.
They won't care when you tell them about your problems. Just be aware this company has been around for only a few months, and their poor customer service and lies they tell you will ruin your move.
