We moved to our three room house in South Carolina to a two bedroom apartment in Indiana. The customer service representative over the phone was really supportive. All workers were incredible, did excellent job. I don’t know what type of rope was used but they fastened all items with intense care and that secured my stuffs pretty nicely. Every item was stored in accurate box. I would advise anybody who is looking for a moving company may use their service. I didn’t have to claim for any item for missing.
