Hi , my name is Joe Lerner. My roommate and I needed inexpensive movers, and after reading the horror stories of those who used other moving companies, we went with Union of D.C.movers They were right on time, extremely friendly and clean! They charged us a very reasonable rate per hour. They took the door off the hinges at the old and new apartments, as well as took the feet off our couch and armchair to get them through the doors. The total price was under the estimate they gave us to move a 2 BR 2 bath, which is fantastic. They don't have hidden fees and they even had blankets they put over our furniture (most companies make you rent furniture pads). I will always use them.
