I experienced the worst customer service with USA top movers. They were really good to me when I initially booked them for moving service. Called me many times before the pick u to finalise everything. But a day before the pick up they called and told me that they wont be able to come that day and will have to postpone. I was left with no choice but to stick to them since it was too late. The movers came next day. The guys who did were extremely good in their work although they reached the location 2 hrs late.
The date for delivery was decided on the day of pick up and I was expecting them to contact me. But, ever since the pick up I have been trying to get in touch with them and left various voicemails but I havent heard anything from them. The toll free number has people with poor customer service with rude people. They just give a number where nobody answers and an email address where they just dont tell you things clearly.
STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME AND SET UP THE DELIVERY ALTHOUGH THE DELIVERY DATE WAS TODAY.
BAD EXPERIENCE AND VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
