The people from USA relocation storage and moving company were not professional at all.
They were 8 hrs late picking up furniture and 14 hrs late dropping off. But the most important thing was the damaged furniture! I purchased very nice mahogany sleigh bed and Hutch. Both together was purchased a few years ago for about 3500. They also damaged a coffee table and a few lampshades. I sent pictures of the damage and the driver/mover took pictures and he says he sent to company.
They were very unprofessional and I would NOT use them or recommend them to anyone!
They offered to settle for 210.00 after I spent thousands for my furniture.
