I researched USA Moving Services on the BBB website and gathered quotes from many other companies before booking services with anyone. I choose USA moving services because I was told that my belongings would be delivered to me within 48 hours of being picked up, whereas many other companies told me that it would take at least 2 weeks for delivery. USA Moving Services clearly does not keep their word and I have yet to receive my belongings ( it is approximately one week past the day when my items were picked up). USA Moving Services contracts out to other companies and does not actually move your items for you. They are simply a go-between and therefore have no authority over those actually moving your belongings. Therefore there is no leverage when you're items are late or missing, etc., because the movers do not answer to USA Moving Services (USA Moving Services could not reach the drivers of the moving truck after a supposed 8-9 attempts. and contacting their supervisor did not help either). They promise you a service they cannot uphold, and hire unreliable movers, or at the very least give the contracted movers the impression that later delivery and no accountability is acceptable. This has feltlike the most stressful week I've endured as I've waited to find out if my items are safe. And at this time I have no idea if I'll ever get them back. Definately not the best way to start a new job!
