From the beginning the office staff was prompt and professional in returning call and explaining estimated cost. They were steady, non-stop, and non-hurried with my belongings which gave me trust in their handling my furnishings. They did a great job, in good time, removing items from a lg storage rm and only packing certain items and returning the rest back to storage in an organized way. Their personalities worked well together. Thanks so much.
