The first thing that impressed me was that someone actually answered the phone when I called to make an inquiry. Emma is very professional and she answered all my questions over the phone. There were a few follow up calls that she either initiated or responded to promptly. Second, no other companies I spoke with followed through with sending me a written estimate of their services. They said they would, but didn't. Third, Emma called me the day before the move to re-confirm. The day of the move she called to let me know the movers were on schedule. I had no doubt that they were on top of it! The movers were courteous and were careful with my belongings. Their were no "surprises" when it came time to pay my bill. My mom happened to be there and she was so impressed with them that she asked if they would do her upcoming move!
