My biggest problem is that my furniture was handled badly, There have been items lost, damaged, broken. The delivery took them 11 hours to finish, only 2 guys to deliver 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom apartment. Very bad planning of the day of the delivery. I lost around $1500 worth of furniture because of the bad handling. I have pictures of my damaged furniture
