Poor service and poorly handled boxes

My belongings were handled so roughly - a mirror, TV stand, and shelving unit (all packed by the movers) were completely broken, plus a number of dishes I'd packed myself. I was missing 3 boxes entirely from my delivery. Would have been missing more boxes, but I was allowed to go on the delivery truck and managed to identify a few boxes of mine mixed in with other shipments. It was clear the delivery truck was very poorly packed, both from an organizational standpoint (shipments mixed together) and a service standpoint (items smashed together with no regard to being marked fragile). The company seems completely unconcerned, and customer service is lacking - I'm having difficulty getting a call back, when I have gotten a hold of someone they have asked me to call another department, who has then instructed me to submit a claim online, which I should receive a response back to in up to 5 business days. I do not recommend this company if you'd like to experience good service and have your items handled with care.
