I was almost disappointed when my moving planner booked uber for us. She gave us a lot of valid reasons that I think were all geared to our advantage but, I just did not have enough confidence about them. When Matt and his team stepped up to my door to start the move, I frankly told him of how I feel and he instantly reassured me and promised me they will do their best to change my opinion about them. Not only did they execute their work properly, they were on time with the delivery of my stuff. Yes, it did change my opinion about them now that I have experienced their service first hand. Terrific job!
