This company did not deliver anything that they promised in their first quote. First, they were 2 hours late; second based on the information they recieived from us, they estimated 5 hours of loading and unloading- it took them 14 hours to load and unload (and they charged us for it). Third there were three men which non had any experties with moving. the driver/supervisor who claimed to be the expert did not know how to move the heavy items and started damaging the floors, doors, and walls. when i told him about that, he gave me a look and he said he doesn't need somebody on his shoulder! then he turned around and started insalting me in another language. in the contract, they indicated that packing material is not included in the price; we had packed everything ourselves, but they opened our packages and started repacking them! we told them we don't want that, and they said if they don't pack it themselves, they won't put it in their truck. we were in middle of it and couldn't stop anymore. so they packed things that one would never pack such as washer and dryer! since they dragged the loading, we took off late and arrive at destination at 9 PM. Right then the driver gave us a new price of $3491 (our original price was $699) and demanded cash. we told him we don't have that much cash and he threatened to leave with our belongings in his truck- that is when i called the cops and finally in front of the cops he agreed to get credit card. police could not do anything since it was a civil case. Then they left all our belongings in our garage at 12 midnight and left. lots of our items are damaged and yet to recieve any money back for that. If you care about yourself and your belongings, do not use this company.
