Be warned about this fraud company! I have moved several times but never had such a terrible experience. These guys are amateurs at best, and theives at worst. ‬
‪Here is my unfortunate story:‬
‪a) I booked two men for my local move in Pittsburgh, PA. The day before my move they called and convinced me over the phone to book three people (instead of two). She said that three men would do the job faster and it would turn out cheaper for me. Ultimately the three people took even longer than the originally promised time for two persons. I ended up paying the extra person for nothing!!‬
‪b) Since mine was a local move, the movers asked me to sign a document stating that detailed inventory was not required. I trusted them and signed. However after a couple of days when I started unpacking I noticed that several things were missing: a leather chair ($200), three boxes ($150+).‬
‪c) More than half of my boxes were turned upside down. You can just imagine the chaos that I went through while unpacking! It was a nightmare for me and my pregnent wife.‬
‪d) I spent three weeks calling the management of the company with my complaint. Each time they would transfer me to somebody else or ask me to wait. A few times they said they would buy me a new chair. But ultimately they did NOTHING. ‬
‪d) In summary: I lost my stuff and overpaid for sloppy work.‬
‪e) I am now spending my precious time fighting this dispute through my credit card company. These theives refuse to take responsibility for the loss incurred to me.‬
‪Moving is a stressful experience, even when things go as planned. It is unfortunate that thes so-called "movers" just make things even worse for us. Some names of people I was involved with at this company: Devin, Chaz, Vince, Liz‬
‪Good luck to all of you with your move! I hope your move goes smoothly and you have better luck than I did with your mover.
