This company assured us that they had plenty of trucks between Florida and Texas because they had an office in Dallas. The moving crew was late. The boss of the 3 man crew who picked up our furniture and belongings told us that he would not report some extra boxes to the company is we gave him $324 tip. We waited for our belongings for 3 weeks, the office had multiple excuses (truck broke down, will be there any day etc.) to our many inquiries. Three weeks later our some of our belongings arrived in a truck with a different name on the side. The driver told us that Tranunited has no trucks and just warehouses the belongings and waits for low bids from other companies. Many items were broken (lamps, bookcases, dining room chairs) and some things missing (all the cushions to the couch). I submitted a claim to the company and complained to the Better Business Bureau of southern Florida with no results. This was a very traumatic experience for our family.
