They Stole approx. $350 worth of stuff. Terrible Company

This was the worst company I ever dealt with. This is the third time I've moved for work and this was by far the worst. First off they broke a number of items and stole approx. $350 worth of stuff from us. My TV is no longer working properly and they won't do anything because there are no signs of visible damage. They did repay us for a few items that were shattered into pieces. The unfortunate part is you pay for full replacement insurance but they played us like fools. We had $575 dollars worth of damaged and missing items. They reimbursed us for $200 and said we would have to go thru arbitration for the rest which would cost us $300 and there's no guarantee we would see an additional cent.
My advice is make sure you ask as many questions as possible about the insurance policy before making any decisions. We paid an extra $400 for the full coverage insurance and look where it got us.
Transtar is an affiliate of Arpin Van Lines and we dealt with Arpin for the items that were damaged and stolen so I'd never consider using them again.
