Delivery of a grandfather clock from South Carolina to Massachusetts. The pickup was down a dirt road and a steep driveway. They sent a clocksmith to dismantle the delicate guts from the clock and pack for shipment. A little later that same day, the delivery truck came and they wrapped and boxed my clock. I was given an estimate for up to 30 day for delivery so I was planning on not seeing the clock for at least that long. 2 weeks later I got a call that they were ready to deliver the clock. The delivery was smooth and the clock arrive undamaged and early.
