Working with Transit Systems employees was great. ed in sales helped me get the delivery date I needed and Rene in customer service saved me when my packages were misplaced and delayed. Pickup and delivery were great too. The problem was in the midpoint in Baltimore. They were very confused and would call to ask me about delivery, but then when I called back they didn't know about my shipment. They were the ones who lost my boxes, but thankfully found them again, not after my shipment was delayed over the weekend though. They also beat up my boxes pretty badly, but luckily I packed them well. Overall I was very pleased with TSI, especially the customer service, but your providers need some checking!
