I can't tell you how pleased I was with the level of customer service and quality of work. In fact, I called Kathy to tell her right after the delivery just how awesome it all went. Thank you thank you thank you! In a world where so much goes wrong, it was so nice to see this go right. I had my daughter at the receiving end who was so excited to receive our couch. It was a way of keeping her close when we are 3,000 miles away. She now has the comfort of something familiar. I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you again !
