Natalie G. graciously answered our many questions, and put us at ease. Pick up staff protected the furniture and moved it out quickly and easily. While I wasn't there for the delivery, those who were were equally delighted by the skill and attitude of the men who brought the furniture in. While I noted that the delivery was late, it was the fault of heavy snow not the carrier.
