The customer service was great until I booked. The the shippers didn't show up, they didn't even have a truck going on on the day I was give a scheduled time, and they had the wrong number of items... wrong by 11 boxes. They also said they don't pick up in the area where my storage was... What doe Transit systems people do when they hire shippers? Do they ask any questions at all?
I had to hire someone to wait at the site for 4 hours both the day they were supposed to pick up and then again the day they actually showed up, super late even on that day. When I asked the company to compensate me for the extra time I paid the assistant, they did not even acknowledge my request. They did send someone out 3 days later. After the shipment was already in transit and I no longer had any choice, I got an email saying that they charged my credit card an extra $150 because my shipment was not the weight I said. I know it was less than the weight I said.
So sloppy, and kind of a scam. Do not use.
