Terrible company, no communication, no pick-up

In short, this company NEVER showed up, NEVER called, NEVER refunded our deposit. NEVER showed up on our dates and gave us the shitiest lowest price quote out of all the companies and we should have known better but decided on going with the lowest price for lack of better judgement. EVERY other company told us that we wouldn't get moved for the shitty price they quoted but we didn't listen so it is mostly our fault, we had to pay extra rental fees for being late on move out, hotel fees, food costs etc. We called 10 different companies while we were stuck becuase of this company and finally found a company that could bail us out last minute and the cost was nearly 2 and a half times what transunion quoted. NEVER NEVER NEVER
