A absolute and total SHITTY moving company!! They LACK HONEST Y,INTEGRITY and all aroud WORST QUALITY of work.they are NOT BBB accredited company.They quoted us $2203.71 for total moving cost BUT ended up DEMANDING $3945.00 or we would not get our stuff back!!!! They will DEMAND that you deposit the funds directly to their bank!!! The staff is RUDE. Sales people are more concerned about the commision from your job.your items will b delivered broken n stolen. The driver has the right to extort money from you upon deluver and will DEMAND ONLY CASH B4 he unloads your staff. In mt case an extra $200.00 cash or he would turn back and it woild hv been sn extra $750.00!!!
TRANS UNITED (dba moving services Inc) will not take responsibility of tuff driver's attitude and behavior. It is up to you too "work it out with the driver" is the response that was given to us.
This is a DISGRACEFUL MOVING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE!!!
Lessen from our experience and make a wise informed decision when choosing a reliable honest sincere movinv company. Best of luck.
