Worst moving company

I've moved many times and this was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how they can be a 5 star company! I gave them a 2 day window for a pick-up, in which no one ever showed up. It was over the weekend and apparently no one checks the messages over the weekend or decided not to respond to me. After the 4th day of waiting, I finally got in touch with someone who assured me the mover would be there that day. No one ever showed up. I got penalized for overstaying my lease and lost out on missed work days! I ended up having to do the move myself after they finally told my attorney they couldn't get anyone to me.... after waiting 5 days. Everytime I called they said they would call me back. No one ever called me bacl. Ever. Even worse, I'm still trying to get in contact with someone to get my refund 2 weeks later. I urge everyone to not use this company!!
