Terrible, untrustworthy company!

This is for Trans United in Cleveland, TN. Absolute liars and frauds! I haven't encountered one person there who has been professional or has any ethics. Kim at ext 216 seemed great and very trustworthy. We sent a 25% down deposit in via check for a contract that included all fuel and fuel surcharges. Then 36hours before our move we get a random email with an increase in cost of over $500. They claim they "forgot" a fuel charge and their employee made a one time mistake and forgot to add this in, even though it says it's included. If this was an honest mistake, what kind of company doesn't stand behind their employees and their own contract! The so-called superviser Chris Rubens then tells me basically we pay the extra money or find another company with one days notice! Luckily, we had a back up so we said we are not trusting you with our belongings, and they agreed to send us our deposit back in full. It is now more than 50 communications later with both myself and the BBB of Tennessee and still no check. They've even blatantly lied in writing to the BBB about this check being issued and mailed out. I'm grateful they only have $1000 of our money! People we've encountered there are Kim at ext 216, Chris Rubens, Daniel King, Ciara Hernandez, Elise O, and the supposed manager Robert Michalski. Every one of them said we would receive a full refund. Two months later we are still battling them. Absolutely the most fraudulent, unprofessional company I've ever encountered.
