i just moved from Florida to Washington and I used Transunited to do my move. I had moved before using a different company and it was a terrible experience, I was, lowball, my price tripled on the pickup date, pickup and delivery was late, and there were a lot of damages. So, this time around, I was very very careful when selecting a mover to ensure I went with a reputable company, and that there would be no problems like last time. I submitted my information on a moving site to have companies call me-witch I will say was a mistake to do, I was overrun with phone calls and sales men trying to pressure me into going with them-however I was contacted by Transunited, the sales man was very sweet, very helpful, it wasn’t a high pressure sales call like all the others. He very simple explained my quote, how the move would go, he was very informative. He gave me a price, and set up a pick up date, I told him about my concerns; he promised me that the price would not change. The drivers arrived to do the pick up right on time, and my price didn’t change! The whole pick up process went just how my sales rep. promised. There were no hidden fees, not surprises. In addition, my delivery arrived on time and with no damages to my goods! Over all it was a great move and in the future when I have to move again I will defiantly be using Transunited.
