The communication was awful. After calling to two weeks, I was told my estimated delivery date was with 7 days. After that date came and went, I was given the number of the dispacher. He eventually stoped taking my calls. When delivery was finally made after 5 weeks and 1 day, I was advised by the driver that I should have been told he only takes cash. As I have not established a bank in Arkansas, I had to us the ATM of which after accessing 3 accounts with $2.00 service charge for the machine and $2.00 from my bank, for each account. The manager Kevin eventually got an attitude with me explaning how the moving company works. I was advised on the day of delivery that I had an $200 charge for packing. After receiving my belonging, I could establish that 3 boxes had been re-enforced and there was one box that they had supplied.
If you want to be frustrated and possibly have a heart attack, use this company.
