I called TransNational Van lines and they were very courtious and very helpful in setting up the details of my move. I was called two days prior to my "pick up" window and was told ADS movers would actually be making my move. This is when i first became aware that TransNational was a broker and not a mover. In many attempts to contact Transnational and discuss the upcoming move, i was unable to reach anyone despite many voicemails and e-mails sent. ADS on the other hand answered all of my calls and were very professional and courtious through the entire process. All my belongings showed up and were in the same condition as prior to the move. ADS was very helpful in answering all of my questions i was not able to get answered by TransNational. Overall my move went great, and came in under the price quoted to me, but TransNational was not helpful in calming any stress nor answering questions after my initial set up phone call. I would use ADS in the future, but not TransNational.
